Who we are

What we collect

Account: email address, company name, role in the client space.

Subscription: plan status and period. Card data is handled only by Stripe; we never see it.

Document scans: date, file type and size, risk level, detected categories and SHA-256 fingerprint. The document content is not kept.

Pre-Deployment Assessments: the answers and scores you enter.

Why

Only to provide the service, apply your company's allowance, produce your evidence and reports, and handle billing. No advertising, no resale, no ad tracking.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Lovable Cloud (authentication and metadata), and Google Gemini through Lovable AI for PDF/image extraction after consent. The complete original file is transmitted for extraction; provider retention terms remain to be validated.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Company evidence logs are kept for the company; when an account is deleted, the link to the person is removed.

Your rights and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the client space: "My account" → "Delete my account". For any access or correction request: contact@opaciashield.com.
